We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly the housekeeping team, were helpful and lovely. They promptly cleaned the room when we let them know about some dirty clothes and smelly shoes in the wardrobe. The bed was super comfy and lush. The room decor was modern and tidy, albeit a little worn. We appreciated that the hotel replaced the tea and biscuits each day, and the parking out the back was convenient. The location of the hotel made it easy for us to walk to train stations, restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. getting to the hotel from the Flemington racecourse was easy, and it was reasonably close to the city with transportation options nearby. The menu provided plenty of choice and the food was beautifully prepared and presented.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. Convenient location close to public transportation and a variety of dining options. Microwave and toaster available in the laundry room is a nice touch.
